Council holds regular meetings through out the year.
Every Council Meeting has an agenda that is available for public inspection the Friday prior to the scheduled meeting. As well, minutes detailing the topics of discussion and decisions made are available for public review.
Regular Council Meetings and Committee of the Whole Meetings are open to the public, the only exception to this is a closed, or “in camera” meeting, when required by the provisions found within Section 90 of the Community Charter.
Participation is available in person at the Village Office or via livestream through the HUB Online Network Facebook page.
