The Ashcroft Public Works department is responsible for the maintenance of all Village owned roads.
Village Roads
There is approximately 27 km of roads under the care of Ashcroft Public Works department. If you notice a problem with any of the Village’s roads, you are asked to contact the Village Office to report the issue.
Hwy 97C
Hwy 97C runs through the entire Village. Any portion of Hwy 97C is NOT the responsibility of the Village but instead is the responsibility of the Province. Any issues with conditions of Hwy 97C, including the portion that runs through the Village, should be directed to the current provincial contractor, Dawson Road Maintenance for highway maintenance.
