Our Services

We assist with the individual employment and training needs of Indigenous people (both status and non-status) residing within our catchment area.  We also offer Employer-focused programs to support non-profit organizations and private sector businesses with employment and training opportunities that result in labor market connections for Indigenous individuals through funded Summer Student and Wage Subsidy Programs.

Employee focused Programs:

Our goal is to support communities and businesses with employment and training opportunities that result in labour market connection for individuals.

Targeted Wages Subsidies (TWS)- Subsidized wages to enhance skills and improve long-term employability.

Summer Student (SS)- Funding to employers to hire high school or post-secondary students for 8-to-16-week summer jobs, providing work experience and transferable skills.

Direct Purchase Program (DP): This program allows individuals to purchase seats in training courses and workshops from accredited agencies, provided the training meets labor market demand.
