Ashcroft HUB
The Ashcroft HUB is dedicated to increasing community engagement by providing a wide variety of opportunities for community members to connect with each other through health and fitness, wellness, recreation, arts and education activities and events.
Operated by the Ashcroft HUB Society, the HUB was created by a group of dedicated volunteers to meet current needs expressed by the community, to create future opportunities for growth and development for all community members and to minimize the effects of rural population decline evident in our community. When Ashcroft Elementary School was amalgamated into a K-12 school (Desert Sands Community School) in 2015, this facility became available for re-purposing into a full service community center, and thus the HUB was created.
