Ashcroft Pool
As Ashcroft experiences hot summer temperatures, the Ashcroft Pool is a very popular place. The pool opens on the Saturday of the May Long Weekend and runs through to the Sunday of the September Labour Day weekend. The Pool is closed statutory holidays. The pool contains a lap pool, wading pool, slide, diving board, and hot tub. The pool is located at 561 Elm Street in the Ashcroft Pool Park.
Please note the Hot Tub remains out of order for the 2018 swim season.
Programs and Private Rentals
Throughout the summer months, the pool staff offer many fun-filled theme swims and swimming lessons in addition to the regular pool schedules. The pool can also be rented out for private parties, please contact the pool for details.
Aquafit Program
Aquafit is a low impact form of exercise led by a qualified fitness instructor. This program is offered through the Ashcroft HUB. Please contact the HUB for more details and for registration.
Pool Solar System
The Village has installed a small photo-voltaic system on the roof of the swimming pool building to help off-set some operating costs as well as serve as a model for residents looking to install their own residential solar system. This system has a real-time website that tracks the amount of power the system is producing.
